Operations and Networks Manager (100%)
The operations and networks manager is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to Road operations, particularly by overseeing network management, vehicle cleaning facilities (Pit-Stop), and activities related to train replacement.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have several years of confirmed experience in public transport
- You hold a team leadership qualification. A diploma in public transport management is a real asset
- You have ideally completed a bus driver training course category DE with OACP certification
- You demonstrate a global vision and systemic thinking
- You are capable of making informed decisions and developing relevant strategic reflections and actions to support the organization's development
- You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German

- You plan, coordinate, and manage network management and Pit-Stop/cleaning services
- You collaborate with other units on projects (decarbonization, future technologies, new infrastructures, new working tools,...)
- You establish and monitor project budgets
- You participate in recruitment, coach, supervise directly and indirectly the teams, and manage the allocated budgets
- You coordinate and collaborate with other departments related to the Road Operations buildings
- You ensure the proper functioning of operations on the ground through occasional checks
- You support services and sectors on the ground
- You organize and lead various sessions and conferences
