Job Objectives
- Carry out studies for renovation, transformation, and modernization projects of buildings in the Western region.
- Ensure the reliability of cost estimates and the technical and financial consistency of offers.
- Contribute to structuring projects from the early phases, in collaboration with study, planning, and execution teams.
- Participate in enhancing Implenia's expertise by providing optimized, sustainable, and economically relevant solutions.
- Ensure clear and complete transmission of information to operational teams to guarantee continuity and quality of the execution process.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work across the entire Western region for renovation, transformation, and modernization projects.
- Estimate projects in their entirety, in collaboration with specialists in technical trades, building envelope, and existing structure.
- Analyze buildings, identify technical constraints and opportunities related to their transformation.
- Coordinate actions of internal and external stakeholders and verify scope limits.
- Manage modeling and quantity extraction, using appropriate digital tools.
- Write general work descriptions and tender documents for subcontractors.
- Follow the consultation procedure and evaluate received offers.
- Verify the technical and administrative consistency of submission documents.
- Develop a summary document qualifying the content of the offer and identifying project risks and opportunities.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for offer presentations and participate in their defense with clients.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure information transmission and technical support during the execution phase.
- Contribute to knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement of internal processes related to studies and cost estimates.
Profile Sought
- Higher technical education in construction economics, civil engineering, or architecture (CFC + ES/HES or equivalent).
- Proven experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a similar position, ideally in building renovation or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, SIA standards, and processes related to public and private markets.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and estimating skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, and keen attention to detail.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (technical, commercial, production).
- Good communication skills and ease in defending a project or an offer.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- Good oral and written French; knowledge of German or English is an asset.
