Tasks

Communication with architects and site management as the central contact person on site
Ensuring coordination and connection between project management and assembly team
Responsibility for leading and organising your own assembly team as well as the assigned projects
Training and supervising apprentices on site

Requirements

Completed further training as a timber construction foreman
Independent, reliable and proactive personality
Experience in leading and managing small teams
High team spirit and sense of responsibility
Motivating and appreciative interaction with apprentices is essential
