ICT Applications Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client - a market-leading vehicle glass specialist throughout Switzerland - is looking to strengthen the IT team at the headquarters in Muri near Bern with a committed individual as ICT Applications Manager (m/f/d) 100%.

In this versatile position, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth application operations through continuous monitoring of availability, performance, recovery, and security

• Expert advice and support for users as well as conducting training for optimal use of the applications

• Systematic error analysis and prompt problem resolution in application systems

• Active management and follow-up of support requests in collaboration with external service providers

• Creation of meaningful reports, evaluations, and statistics for various company departments

• Organisation and provision of training materials in coordination with the training department

• Active participation in daily IT operations and support of the entire IT team with various tasks

What do I need to be successful?

You will be successful with a completed IT education - ideally as an IT specialist focusing on system technology, business informatics HF/FH, or certified technician HF IT

• You bring practical experience in the operation and management of applications as well as in the service environment

• Your expertise includes application engineering, service processes, IT security, and quality standards

• As a communicative team player, you think in processes and keep the big picture in mind

• Your language skills: very good German, good French and English - Italian is a plus
