Tasks
- Ensure complete assembly of mechanical movements with precision.
- Conduct chronometric adjustments to meet COSC standards.
- Perform lubrication and maintain optimal tools for assembly.
Skills
- Hold a CFC in watchmaking or an equivalent qualification.
- Flexible and responsive team player with excellent communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in a movement assembly workshop.

About the job
Your mission within our Manufacture
- Ensure the complete assembly of mechanical movements.
- Carry out the chronometric adjustment of movements to guarantee their precision in accordance with COSC standards.
- Proceed with the lubrication (oiling and greasing) of movements.
- Maintain and manage workstation tooling to uphold an optimal working environment compliant with requirements.
Your profile and skills
- You hold a watchmaker’s federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a movement assembly workshop.
- You are a flexible and responsive person.
- You possess a consistently collaborative spirit, demonstrate fluent communication, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are fully available for a temporary/contract assignment.
