For our partner, an established company in the field of development and manufacturing of technical consumer goods, we are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual as a Product Developer Plastics. yellowshark AG will personally and transparently accompany you on the path to a long-term permanent position.
- Development and elaboration of device concepts according to customer requirements regarding design and function
Consideration of standards, cost-effectiveness and manufacturability
- Procurement, construction and evaluation of prototypes
- Support of tool procurement in cooperation with international suppliers
- Creation of technical drawings, specifications and parts lists
- Responsibility for the component approval process including technical documentation
- Planning and execution of test series together with the production teams
- Further training as a mechanical engineer FH, innovation engineer FH, plastics technician HF or equivalent
- Experience in product development and tool-appropriate design of plastic parts is a must
- Knowledge in creating technical drawings including ISO and GPS dimensioning
- Good CAD skills, ideally with SolidWorks, Inventor or Siemens NX
- English skills at least at level B2
- Very good German skills are required
- Resident in Switzerland
- 40-hour week

Tasks
- Design and modelling of design and technical plastic parts with 3D-CAD- Development and elaboration of device concepts according to customer requirements regarding design and function

Profile
- Completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, plastics technologist EFZ or equivalent- Further training as a mechanical engineer FH, innovation engineer FH, plastics technician HF or equivalent

- Knowledge in creating technical drawings including ISO and GPS dimensioning
