Measurement Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Perform measurements and tests according to the specified test plans
• Document test results and test decisions in the Babtec system
• Assess test lots and decide on their acceptance or rejection
• Conduct final inspections on production items using the Keyence LM-X100 and IM-X1000 measurement systems
• Support further measurement and testing processes
• Create test plans and record the corresponding measurement data in Babtec
• Handle error reports in Babtec and develop appropriate corrective actions based on the PDCA approach
• Support the implementation of the four-eyes control principle
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (KVP), SFM, IdM, and compliance with environmental management system requirements
• Ensure cleanliness and order according to the 5S principle

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training, preferably as a machine, polymechanic, or precision mechanic
• Further training in quality assurance, for example as a quality specialist
• Good knowledge of Babtec and SAP
• Experience in quality assurance and testing processes
• Good PC and ERP skills, especially SAP and MS Office
• Precise and careful working method according to specifications
• Good communication skills and resilience
• High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Good understanding of production processes and workflows
