Your tasks
- Professional execution of various caretaker tasks such as site maintenance including snow clearance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Regular inspection and assessment of the building infrastructure of the assigned property
- Reporting of defects
- Execution of planned and spontaneous tasks within the assigned property
- Processing incoming tickets
- First point of contact for the customer as well as receiving and processing customer orders
- Acquisition of additional orders within the scope of maintenance
- Support of team leaders in cross-functional activities
- Control of physical security matters
- On-call duty
- Work is generally from Monday to Friday, weekend or public holiday shifts possible (by arrangement)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with (preferably) experience in caretaking or qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a caretaker
- Assertiveness and good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German skills and good user knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence category B
