Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a plant operator (m/f/d) for their production site in the adhesive manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

• You actively contribute to the safety culture

• You ensure smooth plant operation according to the production schedule

• You minimise faulty batches and waste together with the process team

• You work towards achieving targets and reducing losses

• You consistently implement standards, work instructions and safety regulations

• You drive improvements in production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training and practical experience in industry

• Technical understanding, manual skills and an independent working style

• Very good German language skills

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Office skills; SAP and experience with chemical raw materials are advantageous
