Property Manager with Federal Diploma (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as a property manager, you are responsible for the entire rental cycle – from the first viewing through contract conclusions and adjustments to the handover of retirement apartments, commercial spaces, rental apartments, and parking spaces. You are the face and central contact person for tenants, interested parties, and authorities, ensuring order and compliance with house rules. Additionally, you prepare pension and rental contracts, conduct apartment inspections and handovers, and handle heating and ancillary cost accounting, monthly invoicing, as well as budgeting and reporting of the properties. You develop standards in property management further, participate in the evaluation and implementation of new rental management software, and ensure smooth processes. With your all-rounder profile, you support the admin team as needed and occasionally take on reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- You are the face and contact person for tenants, interested parties, and authorities, ensuring order and compliance with house rules
- In this role, you accompany tenants from the initial viewing through contract conclusion to contract adjustments and handover
- You are responsible for heating and ancillary cost accounting, monthly invoicing, as well as budgeting and reporting of the properties
- As a property manager, you prepare pension and rental contracts and confidently conduct apartment inspections and handovers
- You further develop our standards in property management and ensure smooth processes
- In this role, you participate in the evaluation and implementation of new rental management software and flexibly support the admin team as well as the reception when needed
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education EFZ in the real estate sector
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar role
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
