Do you enjoy working in long-term care but want to remain flexible with your assignments? We are looking for experienced SRK nursing assistants for flexible pool assignments at various institutions in the Rapperswil region.
Requirements
- Completed SRK nursing assistant course
- At least 6 months of professional experience in Swiss long-term care
- Good German skills, at least level B2
- Responsible and flexible working style
Tasks
- Support with basic care and resident supervision
- Assistance in individual daily care routines
- Help with mobilisation and promotion of independence
- Support the nursing team in daily operations
- Flexible assignments tailored to your availability
- Individual and regular assignments in various long-term care institutions
- Employment conditions according to the GAV personnel leasing agreement
- Training opportunities through our partner temptraining
