For our Basic/Plus Residential Offer, at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for our
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, physical and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying clients in daily personal care
- Key worker duties
- Implementing and applying the agogic framework concept
- Helping with daily household tasks such as cooking, room design and cleaning
- Cooperating with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Profile
- Assurance of a study place from summer 2026 at a recognised educational institute
- High personal responsibility regarding study, time management and appointment organisation
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
