About the job
The Social Counselling Centre SoBZ is a regional, polyvalent counselling centre under the sponsorship of a municipal association. Professional guardianship in child and adult protection forms an independent specialist area alongside individual, couple, family, youth and addiction counselling, economic social assistance, school social work as well as mother and father counselling/early childhood counselling.
The SoBZ Willisau-Wiggertal is in an exciting, future-oriented phase of change and growth: From the beginning of 2027, our organisation will be represented not only in Willisau but also in Dagmersellen. In connection with this development, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled person for the Willisau location to complement our team in economic social assistance and voluntary counselling from October 2026 or by arrangement as a SOCIAL WORKER | 60–80 % within the framework of maternity cover from October 2026 to April 2027. Due to the strategic further development of our organisation and the opening of the new location in Dagmersellen, a further perspective within our organisation may possibly arise.
Here you take on responsibility
- Implementation of WSH+ and WSH and support in professional and social integration
- Clarification of social insurance questions and claims
- Possible extension of voluntary counselling with psychosocial topics in the counselling fields of psychosocial individual, couple and family counselling, parenting and addiction counselling, budget and debt counselling as well as voluntary income management.
You bring with you
- Degree as a social worker FH / BSc, with professional experience advantageous
- Social work student after completed internship in the field of social assistance
- Motivation to further develop in the field of social counselling
- You think and work systemically, solution-oriented and efficiently
- Further training in social assistance or social insurance advantageous
