Tasks
- Through our omnichannel strategy (which includes all contact points between our customers and Würth, whether digital, physical, or interpersonal), we enable our customers maximum flexibility. As a link between customers and Würth, you develop long-term and strategic relationships based on trust and service.
- You are interested in the processes and workflows of your customers, recognize their needs, and actively involve the various customer contact points (direct sales, Würth shops, e-business, telesales) in the solution finding.
- You expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new customers in the craft sector and further develop the business relationship with existing customers through the appropriate mix of contact points.
- As a field service employee, you inspire your customers and sell our high-quality branded products and system solutions. Your goal: to find the best solutions with the greatest benefit for your customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a craft or commercial profession and experience in sales, higher vocational training is an advantage (business understanding)
- Communication is one of your strengths. You see feedback as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
- Passion for craftsmanship (understanding, inspiring, finding solutions for customers, etc.)
- Networking is your strength and your tool to generate the greatest benefit for your customers
- You work purposefully, are motivated, responsible, and like to take your success into your own hands
- Open to new things and see changes as opportunities
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B
