The centre is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and requires a place of residence less than 1h30 from the workplace. The basic training requires a 100% activity rate during the first three months. For more information: https://youtu.be/UkKTcryEAJE
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Establish contact with callers and clearly identify their needs;
- Conduct a complete anamnesis and then offer appropriate advice with detailed recommendations;
- If necessary, direct callers to the appropriate care resource (doctor, pharmacy, dentist, mobile nursing team, emergency services, etc.);
- Carry out precise documentation to allow optimal follow-up;
- Commit to working in a multidisciplinary team and regularly train.
Your assets:
- Qualified nurse with 3 years of professional experience in emergency care, general medicine and/or paediatrics in a hospital setting;
- Great ease with computer tools;
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss health system;
- Mastery of several languages.
