About the job
To strengthen our team in Bern, we are looking for a
Junior Consultant
(Employment level 60% - 100%)
Your task
- includes the active support of our consulting team in various organizational and administrative projects for the public sector
- involves the methodical preparation and follow-up of customer workshops as well as participation in research, analyses, and concepts
- enables you to gradually take over your own subprojects and familiarize yourself with consulting work
- includes the independent handling of new issues, where you can apply your structured way of working specifically for our clients

You
- have a university degree (FH/Uni), ideally in Public Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or Law – or have a comparable education or professional experience in the public sector with corresponding further training
- have a special connection to the public sector and its tasks
- feel comfortable in contact with customers, recognize their needs, and are characterized by a high customer and service orientation
- convince with high social competence, flexibility, and very good IT skills
- work in a structured way, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and enjoy developing professionally and methodically
- are characterized by a high degree of independence, initiative, and willingness to learn
We
- are a consulting company active throughout Switzerland with around 70 employees
- offer specialized consulting services for the public sector
- take on temporary leadership and specialist functions in all areas of public administration through personnel leasing
- manage offices of professional associations and clubs on a mandate basis
