• Leading and developing 12 Requirements and Test Engineers in an agile delivery environment
• Further developing our agile methods and ensuring high delivery and service quality
• Being responsible for Requirements and Test Engineering quality standards throughout the entire development process
• Establishing AI-supported approaches for specification, testing and continuous improvement
• Networking departments, product owners and IT teams to develop sustainable solutions
• Transparent and fair remuneration: Depending on the level of competence, you can expect an annual salary between CHF 141,500 and 157,200 (at 100%)

• Several years of leadership experience in software development, testing or requirements engineering
• Authentic and inspiring leadership personality with empathy, integrity and high social competence
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-departmental collaboration
• Pragmatic, resilient and adaptable working style in a dynamic IT environment
• Professional background in specification, test automation, modern test frameworks using AI in software engineering
