As part of the further development of the Service Center, the Back Office is being realigned. As a service center of the IV Office Bern, the Service Center ensures that our diverse processes run efficiently, customer-oriented, and digitally supported. For the professional development of the BackOffice, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility and specifically supports the team leadership in its role. You will make a central contribution to the quality, consistency, and further development of the working methods in the BackOffice.

- You ensure a uniform, high-quality professional working method in the BackOffice.
- You develop, maintain, and monitor professional standards, processes, instructions, guidelines, and checklists.
- You are responsible for the professional requirements in the BackOffice team and ensure a structured and sustainable knowledge transfer.
- You analyze process deviations, initiate targeted improvement measures, and are responsible for quality assurance.
- You actively contribute to the further development and digitization of the process landscape and work in cross-departmental working groups and projects, bringing in your professional perspective.
- You take responsibility as a professional contact person and represent the Back Office team leadership in their absence.

- You have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in administration
- You think analytically, quality-conscious, and quickly recognize optimization potentials
- You can prepare complex content understandably and communicate it confidently
- You communicate clearly, moderate confidently, and enjoy working with various interfaces
- You bring experience or strong interest in process, quality management, and digitization
- You work independently, structured, and gladly take on professional responsibility

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
