ACCOUNTANT – CONTROLLER 80 - 100% (ALL)

Financial Accounting    

• You perform general accounting tasks, such as maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• You assist with the monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements.
• You help prepare and carry out the annual audit.
• You invoice special bills and manage dunning processes.
• You handle customs / VAT invoices.

Controlling

• You support the department management in specific controlling tasks.
• You manage budget / forecast and involve the department heads.
• You prepare the monthly / quarterly / annual operating accounts and perform monthly variance and ad-hoc analyses.
• You assist in the development and coordination of the ICS / management system.
• You further develop controlling.
• You coordinate data protection issues.

• You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a commercial employee EFZ, and have further training in finance and accounting as well as professional experience in the field.
• It is an advantage if you already have higher business management training.
• You are curious as well as an open and team-oriented personality.
• You think entrepreneurially and result-oriented.
• Great commitment, flexibility, resilience, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; foreign languages, especially French, are an advantage.
