About the job
We are looking for a
Frontline Operations Staff (m/f/d) 50-70%
Your area of responsibility
- Preparing meals at the buffet as well as serving menus are among your main tasks
- Depending on requirements, you also take on the operation of the cash register, including end-of-day closing
- You ensure a smooth process by preparing the buffet and guest area through mise en place
- As a contact person for our guests, you competently answer their questions and concerns
- You support us in the planning, organisation and execution of events
- Refilling materials, tidying up and general cleaning tasks are carried out reliably and carefully by you
- Working hours: Monday - Friday / occasional evening shifts
Your profile
- You have professional experience in gastronomy or the service sector
- Ideally, you have experience with cash register systems
- You have experience in service and enjoy direct customer contact
- With a team-oriented and efficient working style, you ensure high quality
- Your positive, service-oriented personality and your winning manner make you an asset to the team
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
- An impeccable reputation is required
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
