- Assistance with the introduction of new systems
- Assistance with the further development and maintenance of the cloud environment
- Handling projects in collaboration with specialist departments and senior engineers
- Creating documentation and instructions
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level customer enquiries
- Knowledge of M365, Azure, Scrum, Powershell and Jira is an advantage
- 1 year of professional experience is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Driving licence category B

Tasks
- Setup, introduction and operation of ICT systems and ICT services- Assistance with the introduction of new systems
- Assistance with the further development and maintenance of the cloud environment

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable competence- Knowledge of M365, Azure, Scrum, Powershell and Jira is an advantage
- 1 year of professional experience is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Driving licence category B
