Make a difference for patients
We are looking for a motivated Biotech Manufacturing Technician Buffers to join our Immunology manufacturing team, based at our biopharmaceutical and chemical production site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
As a Biotech Manufacturing Technician Buffers, you will ensure the activities of biotechnological Buffer production in a 5x8 shift, with the deadlines and quality required for the smooth operation of the processes.

Your activities:
As a Biotech Manufacturing Technician Buffers, you will join the teams in a 5x8 shift for the manufacturing of stock solutions and buffers:
- Carry out production activities (stock solutions, buffers, CIP, SIP, ...) and IPC analyses according to GMP and HSE rules.
- Participate in the smooth running and organization of activities in the production area.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the activities taking place there by proposing and participating in the implementation of improvement projects.
- Participate in the review of production area documents (Logbook, protocols, etc).
- Identify deviations and first-level complexity problems to escalate them to the area manager and participate in their resolution.
Interested? For this position, you must have the training, experience, and skills as follows:
- Technical training / HSE Biotechnology / laboratory technician diploma in chemistry/biology, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of GMP and requirements related to the pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience and comfort with computer systems and automation.
- Flexibility (shift work/weekend/night 5x8).
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong team spirit.
- Logical and practical mindset.
- Good command of French (oral and written); English is a plus.
