Job Description

This management position has great development potential

Day shifts throughout with few exceptions

• Leadership and supervision of the service and housekeeping departments with around 25 employees, including all associated responsibilities
• Ensuring efficient processes through forward-looking deployment planning
• Coordination between the two departments in case of absences and over- or understaffing
• Increasing turnover by ensuring a high-quality service
• Various administrative tasks such as ordering and managing the wine cellar
• Participation in onboarding and conducting qualification interviews
• Promotion and maintenance of team spirit and a calm working atmosphere
• Implementation of training as well as motivation of the team and trainers for apprentices and interns

Qualifications

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist and/or hotel specialist or completed hotel management school
• Leadership experience and strong leadership skills
• Organisational and communication talent with a host mentality
• Team player and leadership personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
• German as a native language or very good German skills, additional foreign languages advantageous
