- Process orders via fax, phone, and computer systems.

- Willingness to work Saturdays and holidays; no prior office experience required.
- Proficient in Word and Excel; robust personality.
- Fluent in German; French knowledge is a plus.

About the job
We are an agricultural company specializing in the production and packaging of fresh culinary herbs, sprouts, and edible flowers. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed person to start immediately or by arrangement as
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Receiving and processing orders via fax, telephone, and IT
- Order entry via IT (ABACUS)
- Creating the necessary delivery documents
- Oral and written customer support
- Writing various correspondence
You bring with you:
- Willingness to work on Saturdays on a rotating basis, about every 2nd Saturday of the month
- Willingness to work on public holidays
- Enjoy working in an office (professional experience in the office area is not required)
- Robust personality
- Independence and initiative
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Fluent German skills
- French skills are an advantage (customers from Western Switzerland)
What to expect:
- Varied position in a young team
- 4 weeks of vacation
- 42.5-hour workweek
- Performance- and business-dependent bonus of 0 – 100% of one month’s salary per year.
