About the job
Social Worker or Social Pedagogue for our Residential Training, 60%
The socio-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers a 9- to 12-month inpatient intensive treatment programme for 14- to 18-year-old clients who are in a severe adolescent crisis.
The aim of the treatment is to stabilise the young people in their personality to such an extent that they can cope with the existing supportive or substitute socialisation systems upon discharge.
The setting and therapeutic tools consist of elements of psychiatric milieu therapy, structures analogous to socio-pedagogical residential facilities, as well as a psychotherapy offer corresponding to an open psychotherapy ward with 365-day operation.
As a possible follow-up solution to our inpatient therapy programme, our external residential training is offered.
The young people are cared for mainly in the evenings with supportive socio-pedagogical guidance from experienced professionals. We understand residential training in a broad sense as life training, whereby training partly means learning certain skills through repeated practice. It demands more self-responsibility from the young people but also offers more freedom compared to an inpatient residential group.
The young people usually pursue an external activity during the day or participate in the programme in our own day structure. Therefore, care mainly takes place in the evenings and only very rarely on weekends.
To complement our residential training team, we are looking for
a social worker or
a social pedagogue HFS/FHS/Uni
