Our "Development" division looks after the heart of Finnova, our core banking software. Part of this division is the FCS UI (Finnova Core Banking System User Interface) Framework team. In this agile Scrum team, we are looking for a committed and creative Product Owner for the redevelopment of the expert UI for the Finnova Core Banking System, who will take responsibility for a central product in this key role and drive its development forward.

• innovations to build and further develop our expert UI as part of the product team for the needs of our internal and external customers
• technical leadership in the sense of an agile leader (servant) of a Scrum team according to agile principles
• shaping the product vision while adhering to the product roadmap with product management
• collaborating with various stakeholders (internal and external)
• maintaining and prioritising the product backlog to maximise value creation in platform development
• acceptance and ensuring timely delivery of platform increments
• participation in committees for the further development of the product

• with a completed higher education in business, computer science or finance or with several years of professional experience and corresponding further training with banking expertise
• with your expert knowledge in the technical environment, especially with cloud technologies (UX, Kubernetes, microservices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
• through your proven experience as a Product Owner or as a technical Senior Business Analyst in agile software development projects
• with a solution-oriented way of thinking and working with a high awareness of quality
• with an innovative, authentic and team-oriented personality with strong conceptual/analytical skills
• with your interpersonal and communication skills
• with business fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
