About the job

About 160 pupils from kindergarten to 6th grade attend the Primary School Rebwiesen in the Winterthur-Töss city district, a familiar, lively and diverse QUIMS school with a highly motivated teaching team. In the versatile role as headteacher, you will take over the independent management of Primary School Rebwiesen from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

Operational management of the school unit in organisational, administrative and financial matters (school budget)
Personnel and educational leadership of the staff
Promoting and securing school and quality development
Representing the school internally and externally
Collaboration with the school board, the education management and the headteachers in Winterthur

Your profile

Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with headteacher experience and a confident repertoire of actions
Started or completed headteacher training
Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary school level is an advantage
Solution-oriented and reflective attitude as well as composure even when dealing with challenging situations
Flair for organisational and administrative tasks combined with high self-organisation
Communicative, appreciative personality with a clear leadership style
