Production Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead your team of around 20 people - professionally, personally and with a forward-looking perspective

• You have production under control: keeping an eye on KPIs, maintaining high quality, reducing waste

• You drive better processes and continuous improvement (CIP) - from the first idea to implementation

• You coordinate with internal partners and help bring new products to market

• You contribute to investment projects and put the company strategy into practice

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a completed training as a food technologist with further education at HF/FH level or something comparable

• You bring several years of leadership experience - preferably from production, ideally FMCG or food

• You speak German fluently - this is the basis for everything

• English would be great, but is not a must

• You are a team-oriented leader, communicate clearly and are eager to develop yourself and others

• You think analytically, work in a structured way and tackle things - with a lot of personal responsibility

• Lean Management, CIP, problem-solving tools and plant projects are not foreign words to you, but everyday practice

• You are very familiar with MS Office - and if you also know SAP 4/Hana, even better
