Your responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Commis, your main tasks will be:
- Ensuring the setup and clearing of dining areas according to the establishment’s standards.
- Warmly welcoming guests and accompanying them throughout their restaurant experience.
- Assisting the Waiters in serving dishes and drinks.
- Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and upkeep of the restaurant rooms and work areas.
- Participating in table setting and replenishing the necessary service equipment.
- Responding to guests’ requests with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety standards, and current procedures.
- Working closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to guarantee smooth and quality service.
- Contributing to creating a memorable guest experience by embodying the hotel’s values and standards.
- Actively participating in guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You are fluent in French; knowledge of English or another language is an advantage.
