Flying Teachers offers a teaching position for German lessons in Göschenen.

Level: A1-A2 (The level is still being evaluated.)

Start date: September 2026

Day / Time: Days by arrangement, working hours likely from 6:00 pm.

Number of lessons: 24 x 60 min.

Who are we?

Flying Teachers is a private language school founded over 25 years ago. We are based in Switzerland but also have offices in Germany and Hungary. We teach a wide range of languages and offer tutoring for children in regular schools. We provide intensive courses for all age groups and work in-house with companies to offer targeted language solutions.

• effective lesson planning
• promote student-centred approaches
• conduct needs analyses
• monitor student attendance
• track student progress
• maintain good communication with the office
• residence near the published location and a work permit for Switzerland
• experience in online teaching; knowledge of online tools is an advantage

Requirements

• SVEB training or completed studies in German as a foreign language (FIDE certificate is an advantage)
• experience in adult education
• experience teaching German as a foreign or second language
• native German speaker
• strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
• patience
• flexibility and adaptability
• willingness to continue education
