What is my role?

You lead a dedicated team of Process Engineers and are responsible for the continuous optimisation of our production processes

• You develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency and quality in manufacturing

• You coordinate projects for process improvement and accompany them from planning to successful implementation

• You analyse existing workflows, identify optimisation potentials and implement corresponding measures

• You work closely with other departments such as production, quality assurance and development

• You promote the professional and personal development of your team members

• You ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

What do I need to be successful?

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in process engineering, ideally with initial leadership experience

• Sound knowledge in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other methods of process optimisation

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Communication skills and team spirit as well as the ability to inspire and motivate people

• Very good German and good English skills

• Confident handling of MS Office and common engineering tools
