CONTEXT
Within our Finance department, we are looking for a Management Controller to perform the reconciliation of supplier weight accounts as well as the analysis of recovery rates following the reprocessing of precious material (chips and low-grade waste).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Management Control team in managing invoicing, budget monitoring and tracking Product Development activity within the Swiss Jewellery Division.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Invoicing flow management
- Assist operational teams in managing purchase orders and invoices.
- Act as the interface between operational teams and the accounting department.
- Manage validation matrices.
- Lead the campaign to collect financial information from our suppliers.
Operational cost monitoring
- Analyse variances between actuals, budget and various budget revisions.
- Support operational teams in budget/revised budget construction on operational expenses, linked to the activity.
Development activity monitoring
- Track with the Development team the allocation of their hours to project codes.
- Analyse variances between actuals and budget.
- Monitor re-invoicing between divisions.
- Act as the interface with central Finance for monitoring this activity.
Expense report management
- Be the primary contact regarding the use of the tool and provide technical support to users.
WHAT ARE THE KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS WITHIN OUR HOUSE?
You have proven experience in audit, finance or controlling, and hold a commercial employee CFC complemented by a Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
You master the operation of an ERP, Excel and ideally SAP, and demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally, excellent team spirit, common sense and pragmatism. Your organisational skills and rigour are recognised, as well as your listening skills, synthesis ability, analytical skills and curiosity.
