Intern Event, Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)
Your daily work with us...
- You demonstrate your already existing and continuously acquired skills
- You conduct sales and consultation talks on the phone as well as on-site in German, English and possibly French, including house tours
- Together with your team, you ensure a smooth process from the event inquiry (seminars, company celebrations, birthdays, weddings) through guest support during their stay to invoicing
- You communicate and coordinate the smooth running of events with other departments
- You assist in maintaining the hotel website, work on social media channels, create flyers and brochures as well as newsletter campaigns
- You support the planning and execution of in-house events (Giessbach Session, cultural programme, balls)
- You learn a lot and benefit daily from the knowledge and experience of your colleagues
What you bring with you...
- You are an upbeat team player who wants to gain relevant experience in a young and open team during hotel management school
- You are a motivated, conscientious person and host with a high degree of reliability, sense of duty and a lived "hands-on" mentality
- You enjoy the profession with all its facets and appreciate variety
- You have very good German and English skills – French is an advantage
