Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with Case Management
Can you imagine working in a small team without a direct supervisor? We have reorganised our structure into semi-autonomous teams, meaning we are guided by the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with case managers, nursing assistants and domestic and care staff by your side, it is intended to be a new way of working that is contemporary and allows necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity.
You have the following qualifications:
- completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent qualification
- ideally Spitex experience
- strong professional and social skills
- independent and responsible working style
- valid driving licence category B
Your tasks: As a competent nursing specialist, you take responsibility for the care and support including preventive assistance of our clients at home. You carry out nursing services independently. As a communicative personality, you also find active collaboration and information exchange with case managers, nursing assistants and the care team easy.
