What is my role?
Support of first-level and assistance with second-level support
Installation, configuration and maintenance of client hardware, printer systems and peripheral devices
Support of the client management and software distribution solution Highsystem
Organisation and delivery of user training for optimal use of various IT applications
Support and participation in IT projects
What do I need to be successful?
Basic IT training or further education in the IT field
Initial practical experience in IT support
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to be on call (outside office hours)
