- Successfully completed technical or business administration training with further education in quality management and/or occupational safety
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the standards ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management)
- Further training as a safety officer or safety specialist (e.g. SiBe, ASA specialist) or willingness to complete this
- Entrepreneurially minded personality with the desire to actively shape a growth-oriented company

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- Responsibility for quality assurance and occupational safety, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and safety guidelines
- Implementation of ASA guidelines (EKAS guideline 6508) and further development of the safety concept
- Supervision and periodic checks of QSS processes as well as discussion and organisation of rectifying any deficiencies
- Organisation and implementation of employee training in quality and safety
- Ensuring the implementation, maintenance and further development of the quality management system
- Responsibility for the provision and updating of all QSS documents
- Implementation and further development of occupational safety concepts in accordance with legal requirements
- Analysis and documentation of work accidents and near misses as well as initiation of preventive measures
- Collaboration as deputy technically responsible person (FvP)
- Contact person for authorities, insurers and safety organisations
