Alterswohnen Bergsonne is part of Alterswohnen STS AG and employs around 60 staff at the Zweisimmen location. We offer 60 nursing home places (including Spitalmatte) and provide home care services for the neighbouring retirement apartments. Our residents' well-being is always at the centre of our actions.
This is what your daily routine looks like
- You take on daily and shift responsibility and assist in the nursing and care of residents.
- You carry out nursing tasks securely and responsibly using the electronic nursing documentation CareCoach.
- You assess resident situations based on the nursing process and initiate the necessary measures.
- In interdisciplinary working groups, you assist in developing nursing topics and quality work and implement these within the team.
- You accompany and support trainees (FaGe EFZ and AGS EBA) as well as HF students in daily life and guide them.
- Additional tasks may complement your area of responsibility upon request and suitability.

- You have completed training at function level 3a or 3b (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH / AKP / PsyKP / DN II, Nursing Specialist DN I, Specialist in Long-term Care and Support with federal FA) and ideally have professional experience in long-term care.
- Your helpfulness is as characteristic as your responsible, independent and team-oriented working style.
- Furthermore, you convince us with your motivated and empathetic manner.
- Enjoying working with older people and naturally working with electronic tools complete your profile.
