For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible as a Strategic Buyer for the further development and implementation of the procurement strategy. You manage key supplier relationships, optimise purchasing processes and make an important contribution to the economical procurement of materials and services. You will work closely with internal departments and project teams.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for defined material groups
Comprehensive management and further development of supplier portfolios
Conducting tenders for raw materials, packaging and external services
Leading price and contract negotiations including conclusion of framework agreements
Establishment and application of supplier evaluation systems for continuous optimisation
Conducting TCO analyses for the economic assessment of procurement decisions
Taking over the commercial management of dual and multi-sourcing projects
Maintaining and mapping relevant purchasing data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable education
Further training as a purchasing specialist EFA is an advantage
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing or a similar function
Very good skills in negotiation and supplier management
Experience in project management or product-related procurement projects is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems as well as very good MS-365 knowledge, especially Excel
Strong communication skills, organisational talent and assertiveness with tact
