- Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben im Ein- und Austrittsprozess.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Zeitabrechnung der Mitarbeitenden.
- Du organisierst interne und externe Fortbildungen und Onboarding-Prozesse.
Skills
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Du kennst dich gut mit gängigen PC-Programmen aus, besonders MS Excel.
- Eigeninitiative ist dir wichtig; du agierst proaktiv und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

Your Challenge:
- You will handle administrative tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process and diligently record the employee master data in our systems.
- You are responsible for the electronic filing of personnel files.
- You take care of the timekeeping of employees and promptly make the necessary corrections.
- You organize internal and external training (specialist, language, and leadership courses) and manage the associated administration.
- You are responsible for organizing trial days and all related processes.
- You are in charge of onboarding new employees and organize corresponding introductory appointments.
- You support the HR Business Partners in all administrative areas.
- You participate in HR projects and contribute actively.
Your Profile:
- You have a commercial education or comparable qualification.
- You are well-versed in common PC programs, especially MS Excel.
- You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team, are helpful, reliable, conscientious, and diligent.
- Initiative is important to you: you act proactively, think along, and bring in your own ideas.
