Project Manager Portfolio Management
Building Department | 80-100 % | Chur
The Building Department represents the interests of the canton of Graubünden as a property owner and/or client as the construction specialist office of the canton and is responsible for all services related to property management. This includes structuring the property portfolio, planning, realisation and management of properties as well as consultancy.
We are looking for a Project Manager Portfolio Management from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
As Project Manager Portfolio Management, you can expect an open working environment in Chur, attractive opportunities for further training and possible flexibility for family and leisure activities.
- Proactive and long-term oriented property portfolio and investment planning of the canton’s diverse property portfolio
- Portfolio structuring as well as optimisation and control of sub-portfolios
- Definition of space and equipment standards for the cantonal administration
- Review of registered user requirements for feasibility and compliance with strategic goals and property principles
- Site evaluation and occupancy planning of properties
- Client representation as project manager for sustainable, strategic planning and control of new buildings, renovations and maintenance
- Collaboration with other cantonal offices and external partners to promote sustainable property solutions and achieve the best possible synergies
- You have completed training as an architect with further education/experience in strategic planning
- You have experience in project management and preferably also as a client representative
- You have the ability to present and communicate complex matters clearly and understandably in German
- You possess a pronounced networked, entrepreneurial mindset as well as a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- You are a team player and work solution- and service-oriented
- You enjoy and are skilled in dealing with various stakeholders
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in teams on projects
- Your manner is confident, friendly and convincing
- You are proficient in the use of digital tools in everyday work
- A broad general education and ideally good knowledge of several cantonal languages complete your profile
