About the job

The Glâne Health Network is an association representing the 14 municipalities of the Glâne district. It consists of three medico-social establishments (235 beds including 24 beds in psychogeriatrics), a Day Care Centre with 8 places, an Evaluation and Orientation Stay unit (SEO) with 12 beds, and the home help and care service (ASDG).

To complete its team at the Vuisternens site, the Glâne Health Network is advertising a position for a

Nurse at 60%-90%

Main responsibilities

• Ensure quality support for residents based on safety, kindness, and respect.
• Ensure and develop the quality of care and services.
• Maintain trusting relationships with residents and their relatives.
• Respect the choices and expectations of residents.
• Ensure close collaboration with other units.
• Guarantee activity across different sites if necessary.

Profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or a diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience in geriatric care.
• Ability to work with people with cognitive disorders.
• Good communication, listening, and empathy skills.
• Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Priority management.
• Knowledge of Carefolio, RAI, MS Office software tools.
• RAI supervisor training is an asset.
• Good oral and written knowledge of French.
