Production Employee 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You will take on all tasks as a production employee in one of the following areas: incoming inspection, label printing, packaging material production, final packaging, or in the cleanroom (work in the cleanroom is performed standing). You are hands-on, operate machines, and are not afraid of repetitive diligent work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and, after training, also independently and motivated in the mentioned areas. We are looking for ladies and gentlemen who would like to take on a role model function. There are also opportunities for advancement, for which you will be professionally trained. The position is 100%. Part-time is unfortunately not possible.

Currently, I am only looking for women.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring production experience, preferably from industry. You are mobile, have your own car, and a steady CV (no job changes every year), you speak very good German (at least level B2), and you can work without problems in a two-shift system. You are physically fit and have no allergies to dust, plastic, or other substances. A driving licence is a must! The workplace cannot be reached by public transport.

What are my advantages?

Are you looking for a challenging job in production where you can develop further? Then you are in the right place. The shift times are: 05:30 - 13:45 and 13:45 - 22:15. In case of high workload, a third shift may be added. The shifts change weekly. For this position, you must pass a German test, a maths test, and a vision test. After starting work, no holidays may be taken in the first 3 months as well as in July / August / December and January. The workplace cannot be reached by public transport. The hourly wage of CHF 27.12 gross includes shift allowances, holidays, public holidays, and the 13th-month salary.
