- Responsibility for a smooth production process and leading a team of 6-10 employees
- Monitoring the entire production process to ensure quality and production targets
- Compliance with safety, hygiene and GMP regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
- Changeover, adjustment and start-up of production machines as well as independent troubleshooting of minor faults
- Recording production data and material bookings in the SAP system
- Assuming deputy shift leader duties to ensure smooth operations
- Completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ, food technologist EFZ or comparable experience in production
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a line leader or team leader, preferably in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with GMP guidelines and good technical understanding
- Strong team skills, assertiveness and a motivating, positive leadership personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift or permanent night shift)
