- You are responsible for performing delegated medical acts and, in this context, you may delegate acts dependent on your own role and assume responsibility for them
- You actively participate in welcoming patients and their relatives, as well as in organising work and ensuring the smooth running and continuity of the Unit's activities (for example during evening or night shifts)
- You participate in supervising and evaluating students and trainees and in integrating new collaborators
- You contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork.
Profile
- You hold a HES nursing diploma (or an equivalent qualification, as well as recognition from the Red Cross, mandatory)
- You have experience in an acute care unit
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of contact and team spirit
- You collaborate easily within a multidisciplinary team
- You have analytical and synthesis skills, a sense of responsibility, good adaptability and are well organised
- You manage stress well
- Proficient with common IT tools
- Fluent in spoken and written French (level C1).
Depending on profile, the salary class will be between levels 8 and 9.
