What is my role?

• Creation and processing of transit, export and customs documents

• Verification of customs-relevant customer data and ensuring correct handling

• Execution of special clearances, EU and private customs clearance

• Communication with customs authorities and other relevant bodies

• Customer advice on customs-related questions

• Calculation of duties and preparation of the corresponding accounts

• Monitoring and ensuring smooth customs processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of professional experience in customs clearance

• Sound knowledge of Swiss and European customs procedures

• Confident handling of customs clearance systems and common Microsoft Office applications

• High service and customer orientation

• Independent, structured and reliable working style

• Strong communication skills, flexibility and team spirit
