For this versatile role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and strong-closing sales talent with a passion for mobile devices.
Are you a committed and professional service provider who always puts the customer at the centre as a representative of mobilezone? Thanks to your open and approachable manner, you manage to engage with customers easily and always in a friendly way? You are a helpful and flexible team player who enjoys exchanging ideas with others and pitching in?
A completed vocational training is a prerequisite for the job, preferably in retail. You bring very good language skills in German and French. Any additional language is an advantage. Experience with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) rounds off your profile.
You will take on the following tasks:
- Sales advice to customers on the entire product range of mobilezone:
mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories and other additional services - Ongoing information gathering about new trends and products on the market
- Support of the Store Manager, e.g. in implementing sales-promoting measures in the store as well as in optimising the appearance of the sales outlet
- Assistance with goods receipt checks and inventories, cash reconciliations, etc.
