Job Description

• Solid experience in independently managing and implementing the nursing process, proficient use of EasyDok as well as confident creation and ongoing adjustment of care plans and nursing documentation.

• Coordination and monitoring of medication and therapies.

• Proper documentation and assurance of care quality.

• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team

• Guidance and support of apprentices and students

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH.

• Professional experience in a relevant field is an advantage.

• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.

• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
