You assess procurement needs and coordinate the supply of relevant materials.
You manage suppliers and conduct price and terms negotiations.
You define appropriate procurement measures for costs, quality, and delivery dates.
You are responsible for the professional and personnel supervision of the purchasing team.
You support the daily business with operational orders.
You accompany digitalisation projects and process improvements in the supply chain environment.
You coordinate changes and new products with product management.
You create meaningful KPIs from purchasing and supply data.
Qualifications:
You have a higher professional qualification in procurement or supply chain management.
An engineering degree with business management further training is also possible.
Knowledge of industrial procurement processes and technical products is important.
Experience with supplier relationships and cost optimisation is required.
Negotiation skills and clear communication characterise your working style.
You analyse figures independently and derive concrete decisions from them.
Initial leadership experience or interest in a leadership role is desired.
You communicate fluently in German and well in English; French skills are welcome.
