Workload: Pharmacy Specialist EFZ 100% with Additional Function TopPharm Skipper
As a skipper, you are our central contact person for all things TopPharm. You keep an overview of activities, campaigns and guidelines and, together with the team, ensure that these are implemented professionally and on time. You work closely with management, act as a link between TopPharm and our team, and contribute significantly to our pharmacy presenting itself professionally and our customers experiencing our services at a high quality.

You do not have to do everything yourself – in the skipper team you coordinate, inform, support and monitor the implementation.

Your area of responsibility:

• Advising customers in the OTC and prescription areas
• Conducting various health checks, blood analyses or vaccinations
• Keeping an overview of TopPharm activities, TopPromos and TopTopics and ensuring their implementation.
• Informing the team about current campaigns, TopMails and relevant updates.
• Accompanying and monitoring the correct implementation of campaigns and displays.
• Regularly obtaining information via the TopPharm intranet.
• Acting as a contact person for the TopPharm head office
• Participating in TopPharm skipper regional meetings and training and conveying the most important information to the team.
• Implementing training and campaigns together with the team and coordinating the corresponding registrations.
• Keeping an eye on TopSeller, TopSupplements as well as the TopPharm display guidelines.
• Ensuring a uniform and professional appearance in accordance with TopPharm Corporate Identity.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Pharmacy Specialist EFZ
• You are responsible and keep an overview
• Several years of professional experience in a pharmacy
• Knowledge of services such as blood analyses, various health checks
• Openness to new projects
• Setting priorities is no problem for you
• Your communication style is appreciative – giving feedback is natural to you
