…worldwide, we ensure more safety through the development, production and distribution of explosion protection valves and slides as well as 100% gas-tight air shut-off dampers. Our customers include power plants, pharmaceutical and chemical companies as well as government biosecurity laboratories. For over 35 years, we have been the world market leader in this field with around 60 employees.

For our Development & Design team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a person who develops technical solutions, leads projects in a structured way and brings people together professionally.

− You develop and design innovative solutions in explosion protection and air shut-off.
− You take on the management or sub-project management of technical development projects from the idea to series production.
− You coordinate disciplinary teams, work closely with production, QM, SCM, PM and suppliers.
− You keep an eye on deadlines, quality, costs and risks and provide clear decision-making bases.
− You support and optimise existing products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
− You create technical data sets and contribute to customer and product documentation.
− You plan, accompany and evaluate development, explosion protection and certification tests.

− Engineering degree (FH, HF or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or a similar field
− Solid experience in 3D CAD design (Autodesk Inventor CAD/Vault), additional FEM knowledge would be advantageous
− Experience in managing technical projects and in the professional coordination of disciplinary teams
− Structured, independent and conscientious working style with a confident sense of priorities
− Organisational strength and resilience to advance projects, team coordination and daily business in parallel
− Clear communication, solution-oriented action and interconnected technical thinking
− Good German and English skills as well as willingness for professional and personal development
